Return Policy

We sincerely hope you love our products as much as we do. But we understand things do happen. If this is the case, please review our return policy.

Please email us at info@cocoababylove.com to start your refund or exchange process.

All returns and exchanges must be started and received within 20 days of purchase. If any item has arrived damaged or defective please contact us immediately.

All item must be enclosed in original packaging, unused, unworn, hardware wrapped in protective material and with any tags still in place.

Refunds, if accepted will be issued in the original form of payment.

The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Refund for your returned item is refunded minus the cost of shipping. 

Gift cards are non-refundable.

Exchanges will be accepted for damaged or defective items only.

Lastly, returns and/or exchanges are at the discretion of Cocoa Baby Love.
